I'm Karolina Rivas, a NYC-based 2x Emmy-nominated producer. I lead multiplatform video projects across all phases of production, from pitching and developing stories to producing and directing shoots in-studio and in the field, coordinating across large teams, and overseeing post-production.

My work spans editorial series, branded partnerships, and special projects - taking big ideas from concept to execution, whether that's producing a multi-day international shoot or managing a brand integration worth $500K.
